BETURR Parent Direct Notice and Verifiable Consent
For parents and legal guardians of children under 13
Version 4.0 | Effective date: August 13, 2026
Operator: Coaches Connect LLC, 4539 N 22nd St Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, USA, support@coachesconnectllc.com, (602) 806-8796. Facility: [FACILITY LEGAL NAME], [FACILITY CONTACT]. BETURR provides software used by the Facility for athlete accounts, scheduling, payments, Facility Waivers, communications, training programs, and performance tracking.
We collected the parent’s online contact information, and limited identifying/age information about the athlete, for the purpose of asking the parent to review this notice and provide verifiable parental consent. If consent is not completed within 30 days, the preliminary parent/child contact information will ordinarily be deleted unless a shorter period is required or a limited record is reasonably necessary to document the consent request.
If you consent, information collected may include the child’s name, email, date of birth, height, weight, profile information, memberships, bookings, purchases, signed Facility Waivers, messages with Facility staff, assigned programs, workout completion, technical identifiers, and athletic performance measurements. We use the information to provide and secure the requested BETURR account and Facility services, process bookings and payments, store signatures, deliver training programs, track performance, and comply with law.
Authorized Facility staff can access the child’s account information. Core processors that may maintain or process information to provide BETURR include Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Stripe for payment-related functions, and Anthropic for limited AI-assisted drafting where enabled and permitted. Additional disclosure that is not integral to the requested service will require any separate parental choice required by law.
You may consent to the collection and use necessary for the child’s BETURR account without consenting to a non-integral third-party disclosure where COPPA requires that choice. BETURR does not use children’s personal information for targeted advertising and does not sell children’s personal information.
Consent method: Email consent with delayed confirmation (the FTC's email-plus method): the consent request is sent to the parent's email address; the parent reviews this notice and provides consent with their full legal name, relationship to the athlete, and a drawn signature; Coaches Connect then sends a confirmatory email to the same parent address documenting the consent and how to revoke it. The child's personal information is used to provide the requested account and Facility services and is not disclosed to outside parties beyond the service providers listed above.. The child’s account remains inactive until that verification succeeds.
You may refuse consent, review the child’s personal information, request correction or deletion, revoke consent, or refuse further collection or use by contacting support@coachesconnectllc.com or using https://beturrapp.com/account-deletion. Refusing or withdrawing consent may prevent the child from using features that reasonably require the information.
